Our deck shower head sprang a leak from its handle – I guess it had been dropped once too often.
This shower head is not identical, but is a perfect fit.
TREM shower head with press-button valve and 1/2 inch BSP thread.

The shower head cover was easy to replace. I removed the old cover, cleaned off the sealant and resealed the new unit in place. The tap had to be detached so that it could be threaded into the new unit.

We also replaced the shower head.
Molia was lifted back into the water today. Many thanks to the Portishead Marina crew and Steve for your help today.

In a fog!
A quick look into the Helford River, and then around the Lizard into Mounts Bay, and Newlyn.
What a great day’s sailing! Crab soup and catch-of-the-day in the Red Lion at Newlyn – superb.
There was a bit of wind off Dartmouth, then it was calm and we motored across Start Bay. After rounding Start Point the wind improved and we sailed most of the rest of the way into Plymouth.
We stayed at the Plymouth Yacht Haven marina. A very sheltered mooring and good marina facilities; but there is not much in the neighbourhood. We walked over the hill into Turnchapel to get supplies and a Chinese take-away (which was fine) – but it is a bit of a run-down area.
A 7-day voyage bringing Molia back from Portland Marina to Portishead.

Molia in Darthaven Marina. We went to the Steam Packet Inn for dinner – excellent pizzas (and Covid precautions handled well). We sat upstairs with a great view of the marina. Recommended!
